Our sales & purchase personals are qualified and trained in their respective fields and they are quite capable to convince the purchaser as well as end users and make them understand the merit and advantages of the products we deal in as well as the products of our Principals. They are active and very much aware of advantage & disadvantage of the products of our competitors. They can elaborately explain and distinguish of any products to the customers.
We are Importer, Distributor, Broker, Stockiest and Supplier of the items we deal in. We generally import some specific goods and maintain stock to meet the demand of local dealers and users. We are also the broker of the Foreign Suppliers and do the job on their behalf and participate in any International/local Tender related to Science & Technology on commission basis. We also prepare Project Profile for the customer(s) according to their field of application and advise them to buy the perfect Instruments for perfect result.
Sales Network
We have extensive sales network all over the country and have several authorized dealer in another 5 Divisional Head Quarters who are acting on our behalf at their respective division. Our sales personals visit them time to time for monitoring their activities and do the seminar for sales promotion purpose. Apart from this we have a library where all the staffs can acquire knowledge in the field of modern Science & Technology. Updated recent journals on Science Technology are provided to the staffs for enhancement of their knowledge in the respective field.

Scope of Business in Bangladesh and our role
There are many scope of business in developing country like Bangladesh. We are participating in International & Local Tender of huge purchase. We also do the job of transferring technology to the users, which supported by Catalogue/Brochures and particular specifications from our Principal’s products to meet the actual demand of the customers/users. Our activities in the field of modern Scientific age have been expanded to meet the growing demand and we are looking for more advances PC based Analytical equipment, Treatment equipment and implants etc.
We also do the job of consultancy. We have sufficient skilled manpower in this sector to provide necessary technical assistance as per demand of the customers/users. While preparing any such profile we always keep in mind that all our efforts as well as future investment of the users may not be meaningless and wastefulness. That is why we sometimes request the manufactures and suppliers for technical assistance in case of any specialized and sophisticated instruments.
